Most items are in stock and are shipped within 48 hours. Some orders may take 2 to 8 weeks for delivery if out of stock. CHE will not hold an order more than 30 days for backordered items. If over 30 days we will ship backorder items separately at no extra shipping charge to the customer. Does not apply to international orders.Contact us if you wish to inquire about an item's availability. Classical Home Education cannot be responsible for uninsured packages that are lost or damaged during delivery. Request that insurance be added to your delivery charge if you are concerned about your package being lost or damaged.
Options for Payment
CHE accepts credit card payment (Visa or MasterCard) through our secure web site. Your credit card will be charged in full at time of delivery (if your order contains backordered items, those items will ship when they are in stock.) Orders may also be purchased with check or money order. Orders can also be faxed with credit card information.

Information for Schools - Purchase Orders
- We accept purchase orders from schools and other registered organization.
- Sorry, but we cannot accept purchase orders from individuals, home school groups, or to any organization with a residential address.
- Purchase Orders must be printed on company purchase order forms and include a purchase order number and contact person.
- Mail or fax purchase orders, please do not order online.
- Purchase order terms are net 30 days.
- Actual FedEx commercial shipping charges will be applied for each shipping address.
- Backorders will be shipped separately with separate shipping & handling charges.
- Purchase orders are not eligible for free shipping.
Return Policy
We attempt to provide our customers with detailed descriptions to avoid the need for returns. However sometimes an item is just not what a customer expected. We want our customers to be happy with their products. Therefore we offer a generous 45 day money back guarantee for all of our products. However, we must be able to resale the item to another customer. CHE accepts returns that are delivered in resalable condition (unbent and unmarked). If returned in resalable condition a full refund (minus shipping costs) will be refunded. Allow 4 weeks for refunds. We suggest you have returns insured and package them well. Damaged items will not be refunded or returned to the customer. Opened CDs, DVDs, software, thermometers, kits and tapes are not returnable. All items of a CHE Curriculum Package must be returned together.
